Project guide
An Adirondack chair is a pattern project, not a box.
The seat and back are curves. A plan with a full-size pattern is worth more here than a plan that only lists board lengths.
- Seat slope is what makes it comfortable. Too flat and it feels like a park bench.
- Arms are wide so a drink can sit there. Narrow arms miss the point.
- Use exterior screws and glue rated for outside.
